I discovered Dr. Stillman's work through the Quantum Biology Collective, where he is on the advisory board. I recommend his publication as a companion to Brighter Days, Darker Nights for information related to functional medicine that is useful to circadian healing but outside of my scope as a doula.
Still a great archive! These ladies have stopped actively publishing, but cruising through their archive is still worthwhile because they did really great research for all of their posts and have generously left it all up for us (for the time being anyways!).
