I thought it would be fun to share this with you even though it’s not directly related to circadian health—it is a way of habit-tracking! And I definitely am using it to help myself keep up on the goals I am setting in health as well as work and home. It’s an all-in-one lifestyle planner.
What I also wanted to share that got cut off in the video is that this planner comes with a bunch of virtual resources to go with it.
I chose the undated planner, but there are also daily and weekly versions.
So far, I am absolutely loving this as a companion to my digital systems. I also am a huge fan of the Toggl time tracking & project management software, which I have been using since 2015.
I’m also looking forward to Danielle’s Vision Builder workshop that is coming up and inviting you to join it is the real reason I’m sharing this with you today.
If you don’t have one of these planners but would like to join me in attending Danielle’s upcoming paid workshop for free, you can use the code VBPLTLOVE67 to join for free.
Or, you can still order one of these planners (my VIP code NIKKOLOVE10 gets you 10% off, plus access to bonuses including the upcoming vision builder workshop for free).
Here’s where to use the codes in Danielle’s shop:
