I really appreciate you saying that you started with night habits because that’s where it has been easiest for me to start too.

I’m the only one in my household who is interested in this, so I started to wear my sunglasses at night when I share space with them. Wow has that made a difference!

It’s undeniable! I was lucky that my husband has been onboard (he was actually the one first wearing the glasses, but pretty soon we got the whole environment tuned).

Do you think blue light blocking glasses are still necessary if we’ve got amber bulbs and red light nightlights? When the sun goes down I go around and switch those on and make sure the other lights are off. We typically don’t watch tech after dark (family movie night on Friday nights is the exception.) Curious if that works instead of the glasses!

No, we have tuned our environment so we don’t have to wear the glasses anymore when we are at home. It’s much better for many reasons to do it this was and get matched signals from eyes and skin. Plus everyone benefits including babies and pets!
