Thoughts from today: typing is great, but so is talking! I’ve done so much typing here to share all of this fascinating research about Nature and wellness. I’m amazed that the archive has grown to well over 100 posts! Last year, I took an invitation to be a guest on the Quantum Biology Collective’s podcast. It was my first ever public interview, and I was so nervous. But in a good way, and it was really fun. I think some of you here may have discovered my work through that podcast. Anyways, someone recently asked me where they could find all my podcasts, and I realized I have not been making them as easy to find as they should be! Yes, typing is great, but so is talking and so for those of you who might enjoy listening to me have more candid conversations about all of this, today I thought I’d share. Enjoy!
Yes, I’ve been on a spree of podcast and IG Live interviews lately. I recorded a handful in December and January that haven’t been published yet, and am looking forward to seeing them come out in the coming weeks and months.
In the meantime, someone recently asked where they could find all my episodes. They are all posted on the homepage of Brighter Days, Darker Nights in the sidebar, but I thought making a post would be easier to share around.
So, here you go!
Nikko Kennedy interviews published in 2023
The Quantum Biology Collective Podcast: Meredith is such a sweet interviewer and did a great job helping me through my very first every public interview. Thank you Meredith!
The Nourished Soul Podcast: Dr. Kelli does great work with optimizing gut health and using quantum biology to get better results. She was also generous enough to write a guest post for us while I was on maternity leave last year. Thank you, Kelli!
The Quantum Connection Podcast: Heather and Vanessa are a dynamic duo and talking with them was so fun. They each also generously contributed guest posts last year that you can read here and here. Thank you, ladies!
Modern Circadian Moms (now Quantum-ly Nourished): This interview revolved around the topic of newborn jaundice and how I came to create my Quantum Newborn Jaundice course. Thank you, Nicole and Tina!
Quantum-ly Nourished II: I enjoyed talking with Nicole so much, we decided to do another interview, this time about each of the stages of pregnancy. Thank you, Nicole!
Body Motion, Love Mechanics on Instagram Live: Amy is a pelvic floor therapist who just had her first baby, and through circadian and quantum lifestyle choices, had an amazing and postitively powerful experience. We chatted about that as well as my own 4 births in this IG Live. Thank you, Amy! https://www.instagram.com/tv/C0XYr2-yprF/?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
Pacific Birth Institute on Instagram Live: The profession of birth assisting is by nature, frequently a source of circadian disruption. So what can we do? In this conversation with Jess, I shared things I have learned along this path. Thank you, Jess!
