This last week saw a couple exciting announcements come through!

This super-practical talk ranged all around the topic of circadian rhythms, glucose regulation, and everyday circadian lifestyle stuff when living with young children in the home.

We wrapped up with a question about sunlight and whether there is anything to the idea that certain parts of the body respond differently to sunlight than others (which is true! Listen in to find out where, how, and why).

Finally, some other housekeeping and announcements:

I wanted to let you know prices for paid Brighter Days, Darker Nights subscriptions will be going up at the end of the month to reflect some exciting new changes.

Before you get concerned about the rate increase, if you have a current subscription, your price will remain the same as what you signed up (but you WILL still have access to all the new offerings… meaning for those who haven’t already, this is a great time to jump in).

And if you are on the Free list, you will still get new posts each Friday (and occasional other bonus posts, such when I have a new podcast interview out), and be able to browse the archive and comment on most posts.

Here’s why I’m increasing prices for the Brighter Days, Darker Nights membership:

1. Live teaching! Thank you to everyone who participated in our live teaching polls. The results said Wednesdays at 12 PM Pacific / 3 PM Eastern would be the best time for the most people. So, we’ll be having a live 90 minute workshop the first Wednesday of the month and an open 60 minute Lifestyle and Implementation Q&A the second Wednesday of every month. Replays will be posted to our website every Saturday.

2. Pro events! For those in my Pro tier (formerly called the Practitioner Tier, and that asynchronous curriculum is still rolling!), you will now get 2 additional events each month aimed at helping you grow your quantum practice. The third Wednesday will be your exclusive 90 minute Pro Class on different workflows topics based on my decade of experience in business and marketing (what I did before becoming a birth worker). The fourth Wednesday will be your opportunity to bring your quantum studies as well as your business and marketing work, strategies, and goals for guidance and feedback during our monthly co-working sessions. We’ll also be doing accountability check-ins on Sundays in the Pro group chat for those who would like an extra productivity bump.

These new offerings will be in addition to the perks you already get with your paid subscription. I’m making these announcements with so much gratitude and so many thank you’s to everyone who participates and who has been so generous as to pay for a subscription to my work here. It means the world to me to be able to earn a living researching and teaching about quantum health in the birthing year.

Finally, one last big huzzah! All of the video workshops, classes, and lessons inside the Brighter Days, Darker Nights membership will soon be eligible for continuing education units (CEUs) for everyone Board Certified in Applied Quantum Biology through the Institute of Applied Quantum Biology (IAQB). I am working out the final details on this while the board exam and certification process gets finalized, and expect to be underway with the ability to issue CEUs in tandem with the finalization of the program between IAQB and the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board (ANMCB).
