Hey, it’s Nikko with an update about the Master the Belly community class.
I want to make sure you have the chance to register and send in your belly questions ahead of time.
I’ll be teaching the key elements missing from most belly strategies—these are certain “normal” parts of everyday life that are extremely confusing to the belly.

It’s really amazing what you are going to learn here because it will explain why “what works” always stops working after some certain allotment of time.
It’s almost as though belly interventions have an expiration date.
The reason for this is really simple to correct, and once you do, you can overcome that plateau phase and regression that plagues pretty much everyone suffering from belly complaints.
PART TWO - B: CIRCADIAN TIMING OF NUTRITIONAL INTAKE

Even providers can get frustrated dealing with belly clients!
A lot of times, the moments at with the interventions—which were working perfectly at first—stop working is around the same time the related emotions rear their heads again: defeat, insecurity, anxiety and hiding out to binge in secret. Alternatively, brash recklessness and impulsive decisions can be forms this manifests.
Isn’t it amazing how life turns death back into life?
One of the great mysteries of life is how we eat dead matter (call it food) and turn it into life. This daily transformation is amazing when you really think about it! There is still so much we are learning about digestion and how we turn food into energy.
Because of the delicateness of the belly balance, the factors you will learn about in this workshop need to be stabilized to bring a long-term equilibrium to the belly.
