Live lesson recording sessions in August and September
Quantum health support for labor, and using quantum health when complications arise
Can you be competent at birth? Artful? As you have more babies, do you gain skill at birthing?
Having recently been through the birthing portal, it feels especially poignant to now be preparing to teach in-depth on quantum health for labor and birth in the Circadian and Quantum Childbearing Year lessons for practitioners in the ⚛️ Quantum Practitioner annual tier here at Brighter Days, Darker Nights.
The ⚛️ Quantum Practitioner annual tier is where I teach at the level for professionals who want to learn this and implement it in their client practices—and we also have a few mothers and aspiring mothers and fathers doing intense wellness work with us (bravo to them!).
As I’ve been working on the latest lessons in the program, one of the things on my mind is the conceptual framework of quarters.
A woman’s menstrual cycle is often described in 4 parts:
Follicular
Ovulatory
Luteal
Menstrual
Which are also likened to seasons:
Spring
Summer
Fall
Winter
The birthing year can also be described with this pattern of four:
Preconception
Pregnancy
Birth
Postpartum
Through the stages of labor:
Early Labor
Active Labor
Pushing Stage
Placenta Birth
Even a contraction itself can be felt in four parts:
Rising
Sustaining
Releasing
Resting
I think the concept of the pleasure cycle having 4 beats is also helpful:
Tension
Charge
Discharge
Relaxation
Just like a breath does if you care to attend to it:
In
Hold
Out
Pause
Cycles within cycles.
I’m looking forward to teaching about how quantum health supports labor and delivery at all of these scales.
It’s not necessarily about replacing care models, but integrating within them, just as there are cycles of breath within a contraction, or cycles of contractions within a whole labor.
Quantum health weaves through regular life as well as clinical practice. It is a perspective available to be informing, steadying, and enriching what is already there and happening.
There will be two recording sessions coming up in August and September for the section about labor and childbirth.
In the first lesson recording session (August 6th, 2025, register here), we’ll be specifically looking into circadian and redox considerations for optimizing the flow of the hormones and neurotransmitters of labor involved in each stage from early labor through the birth of the placenta. We’ll look at the environmental conditions and how those can support physiological progress through each of the stages. Pain and intensity perception will be a big theme, too.
And in the second recording session (September 3rd, 2025), we’ll look at how to use circadian and quantum health principles to improve care for the most common complaints and complications of labor and delivery, including:
prom
preterm labor
postdates
stalled labor
vaginal trauma
c section
After these labor & delivery lessons, we will be going on to examine breastfeeding, newborn and childhood development, puberty, and menopause through this lens.
I like to structure each lesson to describe how good quantum health supports the normal physiological processes of each topic, and then to follow up with a second lesson about using quantum health protocols to address the common complaints and complications of the same topic.
If you will be new to my quantum practitioner mentorship, there are 13 past lessons you get instant access to covering fertility for men and women as well as the three trimesters of pregnancy.
These live sessions and lesson recordings are only for members of my ⚛️ Quantum Practitioner tier here on Brighter Days, Darker Nights. It also comes with access to all my research archives (everything I have ever cited here, and more), and an open DM channel with me to support your professional practice with evidence-based quantum care.
Each lesson includes recommended reading lists and optional homework assignments to integrate the knowledge and get feedback on your synthesis. I comment on and share student work publicly (if you want me to), to help spread the message of this work and also to help you advance your own online visibility as a rising practitioner or teacher of quantum perinatal care.
The cost to be part of this hands-on learning and mentorship program is recommended at $1,111 per year, but you can pay what you want—the minimum fee to join is currently only $500/year. This program is only available on an annual basis because I am very directly engaged with you as a student (graduating to mentee as you progress through the lessons and we build a collaborative relationship). Your success will be much higher if we are both committed to your long-term learning and growth.
Here’s where you can sign up or upgrade (your current subscription will be prorated if you are currently a member of the regular paid monthly or annual subscriptions).
Bonus! For August only, I’m including a complimentary 90 minute consultation to help you kick off your journey toward becoming a quantum perinatal health expert. Alternatively, if you’d prefer to just have the consultation, you can book here for a one-time payment before I take the link down (there are only 6 spaces available).
This information will transform your practice and give amazing client results. The scheduling link to the complimentary consultation will be in your welcome email if you choose to join the program.
Also, and I forgot to include this in the voice recording, but I am adding group calls and live lesson recordings to the program, so there will still be live touch points after August, just not live 1-1 consultations anymore.
Join before Sept. 1 to get one of my last complimentary 1-1 consultations with this mentorship program.

I just had my first baby. I had to be induced. Do you cover any of that? I had a very traumatic experience and think I may need counseling. I had been wishing for a natural home birth and had the furthest experience possible.
