I’ve been hearing a couple themes from my colleagues lately saying they wish they had better:

1. Accountability & time-management skills

2. Quarterly plans with less “extra” and greater potency

Honestly, both seem like spectacular energies to embrace for the upcoming time—and projects I’m totally ready to dive into as well.

From an intentional schedule can arise predictable progress, just like the Sun and Earth gently dancing us through the Seasons making all of life possible.
