Hi,

I prefer layman's terms for understanding the relationships between lifestyle and science. But sometimes, we need that scientific mumbo jumbo. For example:

  • Endogenous: arising from within

  • Exogenous: arising from outside

These words allow us to understand the differences between solar-derived🌞 and bottled💊 Vitamin D.

Find the mumbo jumbo here: Steroid Hormone Vitamin D: Implications for Cardiovascular Disease (2018)

That's all for today, but you can always review the archive. I will send more research about "smart solar exposure" and the endogenous Vitamin D pathway in my upcoming emails📩.

Do you have any questions about Vitamin D? I’d love to know!

Best,

Nikko
