Top 10 research articles of 2024 (so far)
Is it too early for a 2024 research roundup? Is it too early to start thinking about plans for 2025?
Hiya! It’s been a teaching blast lately… so much so that I had to cancel today’s planned live Q&A.
Don’t worry, we’ll still have more live events this Fall, including another open Q&A in November (save your seat here, sliding scale $0-$20 to attend).
This month’s research theme has been great fun for my nerdy mind, so much so I thought it would be fun to follow up my thyroid post & yesterday’s comment about the most interesting opinion piece of 2024 with a general roundup of my favorite new articles that have come out this year so far.
Sure, December or even January might be a more logical time to do roundups, but why wait?
Maybe I’ll even have time to do another at year’s end.
Speaking of which, yes, I am already feeling the pull of the holidays and year’s end.
Along those lines, before I get to the research roundup, I wanted to let you know it’s the final hours days you can get of one of Danielle LaPorte’s Heart Centered 2025 Planners before the holidays!
Yes, yes, I know it’s still 2024, but 2025 is really just around the corner!
I’m going to be using Danielle’s system for 2025, and will have some other goodies and giveaways for you around New Year because I am part of her launch team this year.
Her work has been instrumental in my own business transformations since the whole lockdown thing upended everything that I had been working toward before.
If you are also someone seeking radical heart-centered change either at home or work, I think you might also enjoy these planners and even more importantly, this planning style.
You can use my VIP code NIKKOLOVE10 for 10% off your order and $9 worldwide expedited shipping here for yourself and, if you’re like me, a gift or two for someone special who would also love this.
Let me know if you do get one, because I may schedule a special live call for those of us using the planner so we can dig into our plans and do some of the exercises and dedications together. It will be fun!
Okay! Let’s get on to my 2024 research roundup.
Here are what I think have been the most interesting articles of the year so far.
Tell me in the comments which ones I missed so I can include them in the year-end version!

Also, if you want access to my entire curated research library (yes, it’s the exact file system I use to organize and keep track of my research and citations for this publication and yes, there are hundreds of hand-selected papers in there)… well, it’s a bonus to the Pro tier, which is currently on sale!
