Revisiting this post as the days warm up! Wondering if it can literally just be any old natural fiber clothing or if specific things are better/worse? Hoping for our first zero sunscreen summer but working with a very fair family.

What latitude are you at? I use Dminder for the first couple of years, and I set the Fitzpatrick Skin Type at the fairest in the bunch. https://dminder.ontometrics.com/

There are some pretty significant downsides to sunscreen https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK537164/#article-29687.s5

Yes we use d minder too and definitely doing our best to avoid sunscreen. We only used it 2-3 times last summer but will do our best to avoid it all together this year! :)

Our latitude is 38 north, I think.

Antioxidants and to support the endocannabinoid system, which relies on the fats from seafood to create circadian patterns of endocannabinoid activation/deactivations in sunlight. https://www.brighterdaysdarkernights.com/p/we-dont-need-cannabis-to-have-a-blissful?utm_source=publication-search
