About this Circadian Rhythm Workshop for Pregnancy, Birth, and Infancy:

The circadian rhythm controls the timing of what happens when in your body. This vital process deeply impacts wellbeing at every stage of life from pre-conception through old age. In this workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of how this biological rhythm specifically controls pregnancy and birth. The workshop will also show how taking care of the circadian system in pregnancy can also program baby’s physical and mental health for the rest of their life. From the nutritional factors that nurture circadian processes to the daily habits that strengthen the rhythm itself, this powerful workshop will leave you with a step-by-step plan for integrating this knowledge on a day-to-day basis.

You will be amazed at the transformation in your family’s energy once you adopt the simple, but profound, circadian daily habits from this workshop!

I’ve made the first two workshop sections free for all to watch and read:

Workshop Testimonial:

Thank you for the great workshop you put on. My partner and I have made a lot of little changes in our home since then, and are really feeling an enormous improvement in our sleep, feeling rested, and overall health. We've changed up our evening household and device lighting and our eating schedules, I got blue light blocking glasses for the nights when I teach late.

It's incredible what a difference it makes. My sleep schedule for a couple of months before the workshop was roughly 3am-11am on any average "night"... and my partner didn't even have a consistent schedule of any kind, battling bouts of insomnia and other pain issues that kept them tossing and turning on the couch most nights. Now we are adjusting our lighting to "circadian mode" at sun down, then both headed to bed a couple of hours later (rarely later than 9) and waking up refreshed with the sun most mornings. It's AMAZING!

So, the results obviously speak for themselves, but I can't Thank YOU enough! Keep up the good work getting this vital information to people!

My utmost respect,

Chelsea Hamblin, Early Childhood Educator
