New Interview: Leap of Health Podcast with Alex Balgood
Circadian rhythmicity for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum for beginners
Earlier this year, I sat down with Alex Balgood to chat about circadian and quantum healths in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We recorded two episodes, and this first is out now. Hereโs where you can listen in on Apple Podcasts:

Alex and I had so much fun, we scheduled a second interview, so you can look forward to the next conversation sometime later this year.
In case you missed them, here are some other recent podcast appearances:
New interview out now on The Responsive Family Sleep Podcast
Learn about the connection between your circadian rhythm and your babyโs in the postpartum I have a new podcast interview out all about the uniqueโand challengingโnewborn sleep phase. This is a topic all parents relate with, as it is a universal fact that newborn babies need care around the clock, while we grownups need sleep! However, this is not the paradox it seems. Come listen in as I chat with Kim Hawley of The Responsive Family Sleep Podcast about how supporting the circadian rhythm in this time helps so much. As a circadian-savvy expert in newborn sleep, Kim was a great host for this conversation and brought so much practical experience to the conversation. I really enjoyed how her vast experience supporting families through the difficulties that can come up between them and the sleep experience they want has led to her having such a sensitive take on the realities of implementing circadian and quantum health in this fleeting stage of life.
Simple steps to experiment with circadian and quantum biology at home
My podcast tour continues! Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Maible from Catskills Birth Collective, and the conversation is now available for you to listen to. Maible and her cofounder Sara are getting ready to release their new birth education course. If you are pregnant or hoping to become so soon, I highly recommend their take on the childbearing year. Hereโs where you can learn more about their new educational offering:

I recently joined the Institute of Applied Quantum Biology (IAQB)as Director of Research. I am looking forward to working with Meredith Oke and the rest of the team to develop new research initiatives around circadian and quantum biology. Stay tuned for more updates as we get rolling.
