[Archived] Lesson 05: Quantum biology and women’s reproductive health
Lesson 05 in The Circadian and Quantum Birth Community of Practitioners all about how quantum biology supports female fertility
Quantum Biology and Fertility
In the past four lessons, we learned about how stable and strong circadian rhythms support reproductive health, while circadian disruption detracts from it.
Now, we are moving into the section of this curriculum introducing the concept of quantum biology.
Quantum biology is an interdisciplinary field of science investigating how the movements of subatomic particles explain aspects of life that are not well described by other fields of research.
Quantum biology brings in concepts from biology, chemistry and physics—transcending and including knowledge from each.
Today’s lesson starts with an overview of quantum biology and the biggest wellness concepts in quantum wellness.
Then, you will learn the specific ways quantum biology interacts with and supports female reproductive processes.
Finally, you will learn strategies for looking at new research from this quantum biologic perspective so you can better keep your own pulse on the emerging science.
It’s an exciting time to be bridging the ancient art of supporting perinatal wellness with the new applied science of the quantum biology community!

There is a lot of new research in the shared Google Drive (link below). I highlighted 5 particular reviews that give fundamental knowledge for quantum biology here:
Most studies on light have been done with artificial light—but then this artificial light research has been used to describe potental harms from sulight exposure (Infrared and Skin: Friend or Foe)
Redox is more than the chemical balance of antioxidant-prooxidant activity—redox is also a signal that determines how genes and tissues express in the body (The Redox Theory of Development)
Melatonin comes from many sources, of which circadian pineal melatonin is only one (Melatonin: Both a Messenger of Darkness and a Participant in the Cellular Actions of Non-Visible Solar Radiation of Near Infrared Light)
Electrons from the Earth can act as antioxidants and the practice of “earthing” is a lost source of healing to most humans today who live in a way that is isolated from the natural electrical field of the planet (The effects of grounding (earthing) on inflammation, the immune response, wound healing, and prevention and treatment of chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases)
Quantum biology explains things about life that cannot be well described by classical physics, chemistry or biology (The Future of Quantum Biology)
