A few weeks back, someone left a comment that stunned me.
“where’s the sunlight 101 for families?”
I racked my brain… I mean, I’ve written and taught so much about sunlight for moms, babies, families.
But the 101 version? Just the basics? All in one place?
It was a valid question, because, yeah.
It is missing.
The timing is really perfect for this question to come into my awareness, because it’s my 5 year Substack anniversary coming up on the 17th.
I’ve been feeling like it is going to also mark something of a new era, but I haven’t been fully clear on what, exactly, was going to shift.
I know some things are going to remain the same—high evidence fidelity, answering community questions, deep dives, a balance of information that spans the new mom and the professional.
But this perfect question tells me the first step for Brighter Days, Darker Nights 5.0.
