Through research and personal experimentation, I have learned that ambient environment can affect health in measurable ways, particularly through the following cycles:

  • light/dark

  • warm/cool

  • noise/quiet

No matter what lifestyle you choose, these natural cycles impact both the biology and psychology🎭 of all inhabitants within any given environment.
