3 Podcast Shoutouts about Light, Circadian Rhythms & Family
1000 Hours Outside, The Village Sessions, and Birth, Baby and Life
It makes me so happy to know the knowledge of circadian rhythmicity is getting out there in and that ever more people are becoming interested in this topic.
Circadian health can make such a foundational difference for in health, especially for tomorrowβs childrenβwho are truly all of our future!
This is my life-mission and what I was born to share!
Below, youβll find links to a few podcast where my work was mentioned recently (thank you so much to all).
Hearing about these shoutouts was especially welcome as I have temporarily paused accepting podcast interviews myself.
The reason I havenβt been taking new podcast interview lately is that Iβm in the mode of conserving my energy for growing the little baby in my womb, supporting IAQB and QBCβs research & membership operations (join our Free quantum health community here), and drafting the outline for my upcoming book about maternal circadian rhythms and supporting optimal circadian programming for babies in the womb and early life.
Iβll be back in full podcast force this Fall with the launch of my book (please email me if youβd like to schedule a guest appearance, host a free chapter or reading, or otherwise collaborate around my book launch this Aug/Sept/Oct 2025), but in the meantimeβ¦ here are some places you can hear others sharing their experiences and understandings of natural light and raising healthy families:
Founder of IAQB/QBC Meredith Oke on the 1000 Hours Outside Podcast: The Relationship Between Light and Chronic Illness
Quantum Brighter Days, Darker Nights member Mollyβs The Village Sessions podcast: How Light Shapes Us
Quantum Brighter Days, Darker Nights member
βs Birth, Baby, and Life podcast: Is Pregnancy Actually Dangerous?
I truly love podcasting and having these conversations and look forward to getting back into the swing of them after baby :)
If you canβt wait for my book this Fall (2025), you can learn all about circadian health at home in my parent/doula workshops available to all paid subscribers of Brighter Days, Darker Nights here (links in your welcome email, too).
And you can find many of my past podcast interviews in the archive here.
Question for you: What brings you to circadian health and where you are tuning in from?
Hello Nikko,
I'm inspired by your timely mission! I really enjoyed learning about your parents' choice of name for you.
Did you know that the IV Chamber of Commerce just received a major grant to investigate the possibility of a Dark Skies initiative for SW Oregon?
I'd recommend that you contact Megan Pugh at IVCC to ask how we, the local community, can support the study? a contact for IVCC

Also wanted to make sure you're in contact with Dark Skies Oregon

Thank you for your splendid leadership Nikko! I hope we can share a walk together one day soon,
