Interview on The Quantum Connection Round Table
Whether you're considering pregnancy, currently expecting, or in the postpartum phase, this episode offers valuable insights into optimizing maternal and infant health
No matter if you are dealing with having a difficult birth yourself when you were a baby, or if you have had a difficult birth as a parent, resilience is a potent topic for the subject. This is why when Kelley reached out to me to guest on her new podcast, I knew it would be interesting. Kelley does deep quantum work with personal transformation and healing from earlier traumas.
I hadn’t met her co-host Lauren before, but diving into this conversation with her was so fun! Lauren works with many topics, including minerals, so I appreciated the ways she found to weave in different concepts through this conversation.
I’ll link to their work below, but first I thought I’d share some of the scope of the conversation (even though I know there was much more!).
What Kelley, Lauren and I talked about in this podcast episode:
Prenatal and Preconception Care: How a mother's circadian rhythm profoundly impacts prenatal development.
Circadian Rhythms: The role of melatonin and how the placenta transfers this crucial hormone from mother to baby.
Birth Settings: The often-overlooked impact of choosing a hospital birth versus a home birth on both mother and child.
Early Life Experiences: The lasting physiological imprints of a child's earliest moments and experiences post-birth.
And here’s a teaser (and you can find Kelley, Lauren, and my IG handles here if you’d like to connect with us there):
Loved this! Can you share who wrote the essay on orgasms as birth prep? Didn’t catch her name.
