You can do thit by communicating <em>in the language of the circadian rhythm:</em> light, temperature, meal timing, social and safety cues. When those are right, you can wake up after a few minutes, 20 minutes, 2 hours, or longer&#8212;and feel alright&#8212;because your body is not primed to always expect 8 hours anymore. </p><p>Questions welcome in the comments or the subscriber chat:</p><p></p>
